Runners follow an out-and-back zig-zag-like route for the Running With the Cows Half Marathon that starts and finishes at Holy Rosary-Wea Catholic Church. From there, the course makes its way northeast from Wea (which lies just a few miles east of nearby Bucyrus) up to the turnaround point on Mission Road, almost at the intersection of Mission and West 191st Street. After they make the turn, runners then retrace their steps back to the church for the race finish.
