Course Map: Space Coast Half Marathon

Runners can choose from two out-and-back routes at Cocoa’s Space Coast Half Marathon, which starts on Brevard Avenue near Cocoa’s Riverfront Park, which also serves as the finish line for both races as well. From there, the north course heads north along Indian River Drive for the entire length of the course, for a long straightway for 6 1/2 miles out to the turnaround point at the intersection of Indian River Drive and Belmont Avenue, and then a long straightaway return run for 6 1/2 miles back in toward the finish line. Meanwhile, the south course heads south along Indian River Drive for the entire length of the course before reaching the turnaround point near mile 6.5.
