Runners start the St. Jude Rock ‘n’ Roll Nashville Half Marathon course in downtown Nashville at the corner of 4th Avenue and Broadway, next to both the historic Ryman Auditorium and the Johnny Cash Museum. From there, the course winds its way through the city gradually uphill for the first few miles, and then gradually downhill in the second half of the race. The final mile features a run across the Woodland Street Bridge to the finish line in front of LP Field, the home of the NFL’s Tennessee Titans.
