What better way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day than to go on a run and drink beer? Runners start the half marathon at Main Street in downtown El Cajon, then proceed to run down Main Street and south on Jamacha Road. After turning around at the halfway point — Cuyamaca College — runners make their way back to the finish line, retracing the steps of the first six miles.
