Course Map: Steel Rail Half Marathon

Runners start the point-to-point route for the Steel Rail Half Marathon with two loops around the Berkshire Mall Loop Road in Lanesborough, Mass., and from there head onto the Ashuwillticook Rail Trail, a onetime railroad that today is a 10-foot-wide paved path that parallels Route 8 through Cheshire, Lanesborough and Adams.
