Runners start the Tacoma City Half Marathon along the road that parallels Tacoma Narrows Airport, and from there you’ll follow a point-to-point route that crosses the iconic Narrows Bridge. Once you’ve made it across the bridge, you’ll run through stretches of the city for the next few miles, and then make your way into Dune Peninsula Park, where you’ll spend the last few miles of the race. The home stretch takes you in to the finish line, where you can take in views of Puget Sound and the Olympic and Cascade Mountains off in the distance.
