Runners follow an out-and-back course for all three race distances that starts and finishes near the Kay Yeager Coliseum in Wichita Falls, along Kell Boulevard. From there, runners head out onto the Wichita River Trail that stretches between Lucy Park to the west and the Wee-Chi-Tah sculpture at its easternmost point, before returning back to the coliseum for the race finish.
