The Twin Cities Polar Dash takes runners on a double out-and-back course along the Mississippi River in St. Paul. Starting at the Harriet Island Pavilion, this mostly flat course leads runners along the river southwest along Water/Lilydale Roads. Runners turn around and return to the start line before doing a second run through this course, finishing back at the Harriet Island Pavilion.
