Runners are set to follow an out-and-back course through the streets of Baton Rouge at the Woman’s Half Marathon & 10K Road Race, which starts and finishes on River Road in front of the Louisiana Art and Science Museum. From there, the course heads south along River Road and the banks of the Mississippi River toward the Louisiana State University campus. After the run through campus, the course heads nearly all the way around University Lake back north again to downtown Baton Rouge.
