Pensacola Beach Run Half Marathon, 10K & 5K

Saturday, January 9, 2021 • Pensacola, FL • Course Map

Note: The 2021 event features a half marathon only. The 10K and 5K events will not be held.

Run along a fast and flat race route along the Gulf Islands National Seashore here in the Florida panhandle area, the Pensacola Beach Half Marathon, 10K & 5K features a course that’s open to both runners and walkers (in the 10K and 5K races) and takes participants along this city’s scenic waterfront along paved roads between the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound.

The race is also a flexible one for participants who aren’t sure exactly which race they want to run — if you’ve registered for the 5K and decide you want to run the 10K in mid-race or vice versa, you’re welcome to do so.

Organized by the local running & athletic group Pensacola Runners Association, which hosts a series of area road races throughout the year, the out-and-back race starts in the Casino Beach Parking Lot at Pensacola Beach at 7:30 AM, followed by the finish line ceremonies starting at 9:30 AM, when the first of the runners will be completing their race.

Just over 900 runners and walkers crossed the finish line in all three races combined in 2016, including 353 finishers in the half marathon.

Last year the Pensacola Beach race people goofed up me and my husband in our time and awards. As a compensation I have a letter with transaction ID and confirmation for free entry into the 2020 race. So how do I see if they are really honoring that. My cell phone is 731-926-1807. My husbands name is Leon Boyd
we both placed but they goofed and gave me these letters with confirmation numbers, but am I registered for 2020?????
