Get ready for the Haunted Halloween Hustle, featuring spine-chilling races for all, from the Monster Mile to the Haunted Half Marathon. In 2022, the venue moved from Bristol to Goshen, shifting from the Haunted Hilly to the Haunted Halloween Hustle due to the Bristol course’s challenges. The Pumpkinvine Nature Trail, our eerie path, showcases the region’s top-ten wonders. Participants will experience the trail’s beauty with out-and-back courses starting and finishing at Abshire Park. Revel in the joy of seeing friends on the path while encountering a few road crossings safely managed by police.
This year, all paid participants receive a coveted finisher medal, with top finishers recognized across age groups. Costume enthusiasts can vie for awards in 10 categories, adding a lively twist to the event. The race’s uniqueness lies in supporting the Elkhart County Down Syndrome Support Group—funds raised contribute to scholarships for therapeutic activities, bringing the community together in a spirited celebration of fitness and compassion.
