The Big Frog Trail Run takes place in Copperhill, TN, offering a 50K trail run, 13.1-mile half marathon, and a 7-mile trail race.
The half marathon course kicks off near the Ocoee Whitewater Center Pavilion, taking runners through Bear Paw Trail, Chestnut Mountain, ThunderRock, Poplar Hollow, Quartz Loop, and Chestnut Mountain, finishing at Bear Paw Trail.
The 7-mile, dog-friendly course follows a similar route, including Bear Paw Trail, Chestnut Mountain, ThunderRock, and Rhododendron Trail.
All runners receive a cotton-blend tee and free race photos. There are handmade finisher awards for all 13.1 mile runners.
