Independence Series – Day 3 – PA Marathon & Half Marathon

The Independence Series, spanning from Wednesday, June 5, to Sunday, June 6, 2025, is a series of races across multiple states. Pennsylvania’s race is held in Birdsboro on June 7th. The regular start time is at 6:00 AM (ET), with early starts available at 5:00 AM (ET) for distances of a half marathon or longer. A pre-race briefing happens about 10 minutes before the respective times. Pets are not allowed, while strollers are permitted for those with small children. The course terrain combines pavement and gravel with shaded sections. The course is multi-loop. There is a massive “aid station” which has fruit, sandwiches, jelly beans, coffee, and more, along with a mobile kitchen.
