Overview

Step into the holiday spirit on Saturday, December 13, 2025, as the Kris Kringle Jingle Dash arrives at Bolsa Chica State Beach (Lot 25) in Huntington Beach, CA. Hosted by CaliFlow Runs, this festive event offers three distances—5K, 10K, and a USATF-certified half marathon—all beginning together at 8:30 AM for a shared beachfront start.

Runners and walkers alike will enjoy a flat, scenic out-and-back course along the Pacific coastline, designed for a festive and inclusive atmosphere. The course is chip-timed and includes hydration stations and clear signage. Expect a lively start to the season with:

  • Custom holiday-themed tech shirt and finisher medal for all participants
  • Jingle bells attached to shoes, with a loudness contest awarding the “jolliest” runner
  • Festive costume contest—Santa, elves, reindeer, Grinch, etc.—with awards for best outfits
  • Santa’s Photo Booth and a cheerful Holiday Fun Zone post-race
  • Live DJ broadcasting holiday music and a finish-line celebration
  • Age-group & overall awards, plus a prize for the loudest jingle

Organizers encourage volunteering via their “Crew” program—runners who volunteer earn a free entry. A portion of the proceeds supports The Surfrider Foundation, adding an eco-conscious layer to holiday fun.
