The Palace City Kiwanis Half Marathon is an A-MAIZE-ING race that starts and ends at the World’s Only Corn Palace. Our event includes a Half Marathon, 10K and a 5K as well as a Kids Fun Run. 100% of proceeds go towards children’s programs through the Kiwanis Club of Mitchell.

Overview
Course Description
The Half Marathon course takes you on a tour around Lake Mitchell where you’ll be cheered on by spectators, friends and family. Once you’ve completed the loop, you’ll take a spin around Cadwell Park before coming back downtown to cross the finish line in front of the World’s Only Corn Palace. There will be water stations approximately every two miles or less with multiple portable toilets along the entire route. Prizes awarded to the top 3 male and female finishers as well as top person in each age group.
