The Trail to Tryon offers three events, featuring a Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K races. There are virtual options available. The routes go through historic neighborhoods and downtown New Bern. Included on the course are Union Point Park, Trent Woods, and waterfront parks; the race finishes at the NC History Center.
All participants are invited to a finish line celebration at Bate Commons (Behind the History Center) to have post-race refreshments, including food, soft drinks, and beer. Awards will be presented to the top three male and female participants in each age category.
