Get into the Halloween spirit with Trick or Trot. Hosted by CaliFlow Runs, this festive event offers three distances—5K, 10K, and a USATF-certified half marathon—along the scenic, paved coastal path.
All distances start with a group wave format:
- Half Marathon: 7:00 AM
- 5K & 10K: 7:30 AM
Participants share the out‑and‑back course with walkers, strollers, and beachgoers. Early start at 6:30 AM is available for half marathoners by email request (results remain official, but not eligible for awards).
The course consists of:
- 5K = one loop
- 10K = two loops
- Half = three loops, certified 13.1 miles
Amenities include:
- Finisher medals for the top 3 male/female
- Podium ceremonies at 8:45 AM (5K/10K) and 9:30 AM (half)
- Water stations and restrooms along the route
- Free evening results, plus complimentary race-day photos
- Early bib pickup starts at 6:00 AM
- Free street parking; paid lots @ $2/hr
