Urban Cow Half Marathon

Beginning in William Land Park, the half marathon course starts in three waves, with runners making their way through the streets of the park’s neighborhood. Through downtown Sacramento, runners proceed to gather miles whilst enjoying scenic views of landmarks like the State’s Capitol and the Tower Bridge.
Through historic Old Sacramento, runners will enjoy views of the Sacramento River. Finally, on the final stretch, runners head along Riverside Blvd and back into William Land Park, home of the Sacramento Zoo.
For all registrants and participants, you’ll receive a high-end microfibre raceday t-shirt, a cowbell finisher’s medal for those successful, and an invite to the post-race after party comprising live music, food, beer, and more.
In addition, competitors can get excited about epic age group awards, official chip timing, and free raceday photos. The half marathon will have a four (4) hour time limit, with aid stations every two (2) miles.
