What is the incline of the first 8 mi of Robie creek, training on a treadmill and would like to know what to work up to.
Ray,
I know your post is old now. However I just mapped it on MapMyRun and it shows the average incline is 4.8% So you could probably put your treadmill on 5.0 and be good.
Correction to my last from above. Looks like the toughest part is close to 6.5% incline.
