Offering both a 5K and a challenging 13.1-mile course, this event takes place on a well-maintained trail marked with orange directional signage, cones, and vigilant race officials. The demanding trail includes quick turns, varying elevations, and wood bridge crossings (exercise caution if wet).

The 5K is an out and back loop, with approximately 1.5 miles per loop. Aid stations strategically located on the course provide Kentwood Springs Water and Gatorade. Runners are urged not to litter, and must utilize trash containers or carry their waste until the next station. Following the race, indulge in post-race festivities and refreshments from sponsors such as Kentwood Springs Water, Bud Light/Michelob Ultra, Spuddy’s World Famous Jambalaya, Bananas, Elmer’s Chee Wees, Baker Maid bakery products and Gatorade.
