The Big River Race returns to Chiawana Park in Pasco, WA, offering runners four distance options: Half Marathon, 10K, 5K, and a free 1-mile Fun Run. 🏃 Race Experience & Course
The Half Marathon begins at 8:00 AM PDT, following an out-and-back route east along the riverfront path. The course features six themed aid stations spaced approximately every 2 miles (at miles 1.55/11.5, 3.10/9.8, and 5/7), serving water, electrolyte drinks, gels, and snacks. A 3-hour cutoff is enforced (13:40/mile pace). Strollers and walker/joggers are welcome—with an early start option.
The 10K, 5K, and free 1-mile Fun Run begin at 8:15, 8:30, and 9:30 AM, respectively, each following similar flat riverfront out-and-back courses, making the event family- and beginner-friendly.
