The Brown County YMCA Half Marathon is a looping course that shares the same start and finish. With a steep start, the first two miles brings with it a high elevation climb. After that, the majority of the course remains on the backroads of Brown County’s most beautiful ridge tops boasting breathtaking vistas. With the official chip timing ending at 1:00 p.m, the half marathon has an official cut-off time of four (4) hours. However, for those who don’t care about official times, you’re more than welcome to continue until you finish. After the race is complete, be sure to stick around and mingle at the post-race celebration, where live bands, beers, and new friendships will be the theme – Starting at 11:00 a.m!
