Overview

The Everglades Half Marathon & 5k is a beautiful Florida running event, ideal for experienced runners and beginners alike.

PR Chasers, Scenic Views. Surrounding by the flaura, foliage, and fauna of the Florida Everglades, the Everglades Half Marathon course is a largely flat and fast course that provides runners with a scenic finish Schnebly Winery.

Throughout, runners will enjoy abundant farmland along dirt trails. Although this race takes place in February, Floriday brings with it moderate to hot temperatures year-round, making for a great running destination.

Course Description

With a time limit of four (4) hours, the Everglades Half Marathon starts and finishes at Schnebly Winery and takes runners along mixed terrain with course markings throughout to ensure all runners navigate the course appropriately. Course details have yet to be released, so stay tuned for details! Runners can expect a total of six (6) aid stations throughout the half marathon course, posted at mile 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, and 12, fully stocked with water, electrolytes, honey gels, first aid supplies, and more. This course is, however, a cupless event, so runners are encouraged to come prepared with their own reusable water bottles. Finally, exclusive Everglades merchandise will be given to all participants, with more merchandise available for purchase at the event itself.
