Overview
The Flowerfest Half Marathon at Callaway Resort & Gardens in Pine Mountain, GA is an exhilarating, picturesque course. Participants test their endurance and get an exclusive opportunity to experience the stunning natural beauty of one of Georgia’s most iconic destinations. Challenge yourself physically and mentally, while also enjoying the camaraderie and support of other runners. Aid stations every 1.5-2 miles along the course provide plenty of opportunities to refuel and hydrate.
Course Description
The breathtaking course takes runners through the Day Butterfly Center, past the iconic Ida Cason Memorial Chapel, and among the gentle rolling hills of Callaway Resort & Gardens. With over 1 million flowers in full bloom, you’ll be treated to a riot of colors and scents. After the race, you can take a stroll through the gardens, check out the Discovery Center, or simply relax and unwind in the great outdoors and among a supportive community of runners.
