The Hattiesburg Half Marathon, 10k, and 5k on Saturday, April 6, 2024, will be held in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. There is a half marathon, 10K, 5K run/walk, and a cheerleader option for registration. There is a cap of 1,500 participants for the event.
Recognized as Mississippi’s Best Half Marathon by Race Raves in 2019, the event showcases Hattiesburg’s attractions. Runners go through downtown, the Avenues, and around the Hattiesburg Zoo. The 2024 route includes a tour of The University of Southern Mississippi’s campus, as well.
This is a charity race, and each local nonprofit will “own” a mile, adorned with decorations and cheers for passing runners. There is a total of 13 nonprofits.
