The Michigan Monster Dash Half Marathon, 10K, & 5K celebrates its 6th running in 2024 within Kensington Metro Park. Take part in a Michigan Halloween tradition!
The out-and-back half marathon course takes runners along the shoreline of Maple Beach and through the peaceful woodlands of the park.
With the revamped course, runners no longer have to battle through hills, particularly toward the finish line. Instead, runners can expect a relatively flat and fast course that features only 529 feet of elevation gain. In fact, you’ll even hit a downhill followed by a flat stretch toward the finish line—perfect for powering through to that PR!
