Welcome to the Mt. Tam Trail Run 50k, 30k, Half Marathon, & 10k, located in beautiful Stinson Beach, California throughout the dominant Mt. Tamalpais State Park.

Trail Runners, Scenic Views. Inside Mt. Tamalpais State Park resides incredible awe-inspiring scenery of mountains, emphatic forestry, and accompanying wildlife. Known for having some of the best Headlands trails, it’s an incredible opportunity for aspiring and seasoned trail runners alike.

As a dominant feature of Marine County, this is a memorable and life-changing opportunity!

Course Description

The half marathon race starts at 8:00 a.m. sharp and anticipates over 3000 feet of elevation gain throughout the 13.3-mile course. WIll rolling hills and serious climbs throughout, this course is not to be taken lightly.
While aid stations are posted throughout, all runners are encouraged to also bring their own hydration flask of 20oz or more to ensure optimal safety and fueling during the duration. This is a cupless event.
Post race, the Mt. Tam Trail Run event invites all participants from all distances to stick around and enjoy some sweets and snacks in celebration of their recent accomplishment.
