Set for Saturday, September 20, 2025, the 15th Annual Oklahoma Fallen Heroes Half Marathon offers a moving and meaningful experience. This half marathon honors twenty fallen heroes—19 servicemembers and one sister—who made the ultimate sacrifice. Each marker features a banner displaying a hero’s photo and brief biography, weaving personal stories into the running route.
The certified, out-and-back course unfolds along the flat River Trails greenway, offering minimal elevation, wide pavement, and scenic water views—ideal for steady pacing or personal records. Aid stations, live timing, and crowd support make this a polished and purposeful race environment. Though not USATF-sanctioned, the course is clearly measured and performance-grade.
