Welcome to the Florida Run – Colt Creek State Park Half Marathon, 10k, and 5k, presented by Publix. All money raised goes back into the maintenance of beautiful Colt Creek State Park.

Trail Runners. This idyllic trail run is a great half marathon course for all fitness levels, bringing participants through a flat and fast course within Colt Creek State Park, where natural foliage is abundant and towering pine trees surround you.

Situated in the central part of Florida, Lakeland Florida is known for being abundant in lakes and has a beautifully cultural downtown as well for residents and visitors alike to enjoy.

Starting in Colt Creek State Park on 16000 State Road 471 in Lakeland, Florida, the half marathon race keeps runners on the trails of the park for the entirety of the course. Aid stations will be posted every 2.5 miles.
All participating athletes will receive a finisher’s medal and other additional race swag to be determined at pick-up. Custom awards will also be presented to top males, females, age groupers, and registered teams.
