The White Salmon Backyard Half & 4M in White Salmon, WA, offers a half marathon and four-mile run. Set in the Columbia River Gorge, this event offers runners views of Mt. Hood, the Columbia River, and the surrounding forests and meadows. The half marathon is challenging, featuring steep ascents, technical descents, and a mix of single-track and fire road trails. The 4-mile race is for runners and walkers of all levels, including families and those new to trail running. The route has three aid stations.
Proceeds go towards the White Salmon Cross Country Boosters and the Columbia Gorge Running Club Student Scholarship Fund.
