Taking runners through Estrella Mountain Regional Park, this course is challenging yet accommodating for every fitness level, taking place on two conjoining yet persistent trails of dirt and desert. As a point-to-point course that brings runners close to where the start line is, runners will journey through a winding trail called Junior Loop before seamlessly entering Long Loop for the duration of the race, until they find themselves at the finish line. While this event series is a great community event for all fitness levels, the half marathon course, along with the marathon course, is a competitive track race whereby winners qualify for the series championships.
