The AIDSPIRIT marathon will be held on September 1st, 2024, in Harlowton, Montana. Runners can opt for a full marathon, half marathon, 10K run, and 5K fun run. The course offers views of the Little Belt mountains and is entirely paved. There are water and aid stations along the routes. Finishers get a pint of beer from the local Gally’s Brewing Company.
There are awards for top finishers, male and female, in each category. There is also a random drawing, based on bib number, for marathon and half marathon participants, with a chance to win a roundtrip flight to Rome, Paris, or Cancun.
The event is a fundraiser for AIDSPIRIT USA, a non-profit providing support to orphaned children in Uganda since 2009.
