Overview

Embrace German flair and Texas charm at the fourth annual Das Dreizehn.EinsSunday, January 25, 2026, at 7:00 AM CDT, launching from Prince Solms Park, New Braunfels. Hosted by Athlete Guild, this half marathon (13.1 mi) and companion 5K offer a scenic, historic route with local flavor.

✨ Event Experience & Course

The half marathon begins at 7:00 AM, followed by the 5K at 7:45 AM and a Kids Run at 8:30 AM. Each route loops through the heart of New Braunfels—taking in Landa Park, historic downtown, the scenic Guadalupe River, Gruene district, the iconic Faust Street Bridge, and back via the Comal River to Prince Solms Park. After the finish line, join the post-race celebration with food, music, and community camaraderie until 11:30 AM.

🌟 What Makes It Unique

Das Dreizehn.Eins marries German-language branding with true New Braunfels ambiance. With a 4-hour cutoff for the half marathon, tech timing, medals, and shirts, it draws both performance runners and local fun-seekers. Team discounts are offered for groups, and runners registering early by January 5 get their names printed on bibs.
