Course Description
The course is a wild, unpredictable adventure that takes runners through rugged trails, steep climbs, and creek crossings throughout Brown County State Park and Yellowwood State Forest. With its challenging terrain and jaw-dropping scenery, it’s equal parts trail race and test of your grit, guaranteed to leave you muddy, tired, and grinning ear to ear!
Of all the events, the 10K has the most extreme, insane terrain, billed as the worlds toughest. All other individual events will give you a beutiful trail run experience, the 10k will beat you to a pulp and make the warrior/mudder kind of races seem hokey and artificial. The DWD Gnaw Bone 10K will prove that the extremes that lie out there in nature are where it’s at!
