The Half Sam, taking place in Issaquah, Washington, is a 13-mile race. The course starts at the Issaquah Courthouse Trailhead and is 6.5 miles out and back along the Sammamish Lake Trail. There are five aid stations on the trail that have ice-cold water, first aid supplies, and gels. The race begins at 8 am.
Upon completion, all registered athletes will receive exclusive Half Sam T-shirts as well as Half Sam medals.
