The Run the River Marathon, Half Marathon, & 5k takes place in Kennewick, WA. Set along the scenic Columbia River, the race sends runners through the towns of Kennewick, Richland, and Pasco. The events to choose from include a marathon, half marathon, 5K, and four-person marathon relay. The race welcomes both runners and walkers. The USATF-certified course is designed to be flat and fast.
All participants get swag. There are awards for finishers, as well as overall and age group awards. There are plenty of post-race activities, including a random prize drawing, food, and a recovery zone.
