The exhilarating Huff N Puff Marathon, 1/2 Marathon & 5K trail race in Jackson, GA, hosted by Revolution Running, goes off the beaten path into the scenic woods. The course winds through predominantly single-track trails, featuring rolling hills, roots, rocks, and technical sections that promise an immersive, challenging experience. Navigate trails beside creeks, potentially encountering deer or raccoon families along the way in the morning serenity. After conquering the trails, stay for the post-race beverages and the camaraderie. The half marathon has one aid station visited thrice, while the marathon offers three separate aid stations strategically positioned throughout the course. It’s a challenging course—most runners take over 2 hours for the half marathon and 4 hours for the full marathon. And it’s a cupless race, so all marathon and half runners must carry a handheld or pack.

Course Description
Full marathoners start at 7:30 am, allowing them 8.5 hours to conquer the course.They’ll run the Huff n Puff half marathon course and then cover new trails from Dauset to Jackson Elementary. The exclusive swag options include sweatpants, a long-sleeve shirt, and/or a stylish trucker hat, each available for $15. Marathon, half marathon, and 5K finishers will receive a medal, while top overall male/female awards will be presented for all distances. Race proceeds benefit Dauset Trails, contributing to the preservation of this natural haven.
