The annual Jump Off Joe marathon, half marathon, and 10k, taking place in Kennewick, Washington, is a trail running event with a marathon, half marathon, and 10K. The race features gravel road courses that are more similar to trails than typical roads. All events start and finish near the intersection of Owens Road and Hwy 397. This is not a flat course; runners should brace for challenging ascents.
The route has aid stations spaced 3 to 5 miles apart, providing hydration and foods like PB&Js, chips, cookies, and fruit. Participants are encouraged to bring their own supplies.
The marathon counts towards Marathon Maniacs stats if it has at least 15 starters and 14 finishers, and the half marathon for Half-Fanatics with a minimum of 20 starters and 19 finishers.
