MISH Marathon Follow the scenic shoreline of Little Bay de Noc on a USATF-certified, Boston-qualifying course that starts and finishes at the waterfront Terrace Bay Hotel. The route winds north along the non-motorized path through Van Cleve Park and the northern edge of Gladstone before returning lakeside to the finish line. What’s Included: Race shirt, finisher medal, race bib, breakfast burrito, fruit, and a craft beer from Upper Hand Brewery. Support & Timing: 7 aid stations with water and Powerade spaced ~every 2 miles. Walkers welcome; official timing and support ends at 6 hours. Post-Race Celebration: Relax with a cold beer, enjoy refreshments, browse local vendors, and celebrate at the awards ceremony. Overview
Course Description
Runners will start and finish the out-and-back course for the MISH Waterfront Half Marathon in front of the Terrace Bay Hotel along P Road, overlooking the shoreline of Little Bay de Noc. From there, the race heads north along the water, on the trails that wind through Van Cleve Park and Gladstone Bay Campground near Saunders Point. Then a long out-and-back stretch along Bay Shore Drive before heading back through town to the Terrace Bay Hotel again for the finish line.
