The Mt. Si Relay & Trail Runs event, held in Snoqualmie, WA, offers a combination of team relay races and individual trail runs. There is a 50K and 50 mile individual run. The relay course is 58 miles long. Runners form teams of five for the relay, with each person going three to eight miles.
The course takes place on well-marked trails that feature a mix of technical terrain, rolling hills, and flat sections. Runners will experience views of the Snoqualmie Valley, Pacific Northwest forests, and the silhouette of Mt. Si itself. There are plenty of aid stations. The top teams in the relay and top three men and women in the individual race get awards.
