Welcome to our nighttime party trail run just West of Houston at Stephen F. Austin State Park!
The trails offer wide paths mainly composed of gravel and dirt, with a few quick elevation changes, making it an ideal trail run for participants ranging from beginners to advanced.
As mandatory equipment, all runners will need both a light and a hydration device. The trail will be clearly marked with reflectors and ribbons. Please note that we are a cupless race, so it’s essential to carry your own bottle or flask for hydration.
Parking instructions advise following park guidelines and parking along the right side of the park road, starting at the group dining hall event area and filling back from there.
The group dining hall serves as the focal point of all activities, including packet pickup, start/finish line, a designated area for runners, and a spectator hang-out lawn. Additionally, it houses our main aid station. A second water refill will be available at the halfway point near the road crossing.
We encourage participants to bring extra lights and costumes to add to the festive atmosphere! Sunset is at 7:30 PM, setting the stage for an unforgettable nighttime trail running experience.
