The course begins and ends on Texas Ave next to Fish Plaza, offering scenic views and a spirited atmosphere throughout. Runners will set off westbound on Texas Ave, merging with Memorial Dr. and Memorial Pkwy. 5k participants will turnaround just before Montrose, while Half and 10k runners continue westbound until the turnaround point near Detering St.
For those tackling the Nearly Half, a second loop awaits as runners venture onto Bagby before completing the entire 10k course again.
