The course winds through downtown Berea, offering glimpses of its vibrant atmosphere and historic landmarks like the Boone Tavern Hotel, built in 1909 and is operated by the Berea College.
Berea is a college-town half marathon. Runners will pass through the Berea College campus, immersing themselves in the collegiate charm of the area. Berea College was founded in 1855 by abolitionist settlers to provide accessible education to all races and genders.
