This is the Reston Runners Running Club premier race event of the year. It is an annual event and a stellar community race for runners by runners! The Half Marathon course is the same single loop course that was used in 2024. It follows a gently rolling and scenic loop mostly on Reston’s extensive paved path system. We will start and finish on the South Lakes High School track.

Overview
Course Description
The racecourse has some rolling hills on beautiful, paved trails. The course will be well marked and lined with friendly and supportive volunteers to boost your spirits along the way. The half marathon and 5K races will both start on the track at South Lakes High School. The Half Marathon will start at 7:30 am, followed by the 5K start at 7:45 am. Both races will finish on the track at South Lakes HS.
