Welcome to the fourth (4th) annual St. Petersburg Distance Classic Marathon, Half Marathon, 10k, & 5k, taking place in beautiful Downtown St. Petes, Florida.

PR Chasers, Scenic Views. The St. Petersburg Distance Classic Half Marathon course is a scenic February running event on Florida’s west coast, offering runners an overlook view of Tampa Bay.

Located in Pinellas County, St. Pete’s is known for its picturesque waterfront, with accompanying cultural attractions and a vibrant downtown area to explore after the race is over.

The half marathon course kicks off along the historic Snell Isle for the first two (2) miles. Onward, runners persist forward toward Coffee Pot Bayou’s Waterfront, running through beautiful downtown St. Petes.
Onto Central Avenue, runners journey throughout before turning around at Pinellas Trail, heading back towards the waterfront. Runners ultimately return and finish at North Shore Park.
With a total of eight (8) fully-stocked aid stations throughout the half marathon course, runners not need to worry about sufficient fueling, hydration, and safety. All runners will receive a gender-specific raceday t-shirt. For those who finish, a finisher’s commemorative medal will be awarded.
