Experience the historic charm of the two old train tunnels along the Powell River Trail, adding a unique touch to your journey.
For those seeking a challenge, conquer the entire half marathon solo. Alternatively, gather your friends and form a relay team to tackle the course together. Each participant, whether completing the full marathon or participating in the relay, will be rewarded with a distinctive finisher’s medal and a race t-shirt to commemorate the experience.
Can’t make it to the live event? No problem! Register for the virtual race option at the same price point. In the event of a live event cancellation, all registered runners will seamlessly transition to the virtual race, ensuring everyone receives their well-deserved medals and shirts. Please note that no refunds will be issued in such circumstances.
The course offers a variety of challenges, with the first leg being the longest and the second leg posing the toughest uphill stretches. The subsequent legs offer a more manageable terrain, allowing participants to find their stride and enjoy the scenic surroundings.
