Entering its 34th year in operation, the Loma Linda Holiday Classic, otherwise known as the Lopers Club Holiday Classic, is a race day consisting of a Half Marathon and 5k event.

Scenic Views. This local holiday tradition among runners and walkers alike provides incredible mountainous views throughout the winding roads of Loma Linda, all under the nostalgic holiday air of California.

In December in Loma Linda, CA, you can anticipate an average high temperature of around 70°F and an average low temperature of approximately 50°F. This date falls in late autumn, with mild and pleasant weather.

Starting and finishing next to the Loma Linda Civic Center near Barton Road and Loma Linda Drive, runners run throughout the winding streets of Linda Loma in an out-and-back fashion. Four water stations are posted along the course, making for eight total opportunities to fuel up and rehydrate. The half-marathon course has a time cut-off of four (4) hours, allowing for walkers to comfortably finish the race in time. All registrants will receive a beautiful tech-fit long-sleeve race shirt and all finishers will be awarded a finisher’s medal. As for the post-race festivities, complimentary breakfast is on the host!
